At Segundor, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase.
For that reason, we offer a 14-day return period for all watches purchased through our website.
You may return your order without providing a reason, as long as the return request is submitted within 14 days from the day of delivery.

Please note that this return policy applies only to online purchases made through www.segundor.com.
Watches purchased in person (by appointment or pick-up) are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

Important Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The watch must be in the same condition as it was delivered.

  • Pre-owned watches must not show signs of additional wear or damage.

  • All items included with the watch must be returned:
    boxes, booklets, authenticity papers, accessories, straps, etc.

Watches that have been worn, altered, damaged, or returned incomplete cannot be accepted for a full refund.

Refund Method

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method originally used for the purchase.

Segundor is not responsible for lost return shipments, so we strongly recommend returning your watch via insured and trackable shipping.
