At Segundor, every watch is sold with a 12-month warranty starting from the date of purchase. Should your watch experience a technical failure through no fault of your own, we will take care of the repair at no additional cost.
Please note that our warranty applies only to mechanical and functional defects.
What is not covered?
The warranty does not apply to:

Water damage, misuse, accidents or impact damage

Theft or loss

Wear and tear caused by normal daily use

Alterations or repairs carried out by third parties

The addition or replacement of parts not supplied by Segundor or the original manufacturer
If the watch is transferred or sold to a new owner, the warranty will automatically expire.
What should I do if my watch develops a fault?
If your watch is still within the 12-month warranty period, you may return it to us for inspection. Repairs that fall under warranty will be handled free of charge for Segundor customers.
